About Our Cosmetic Veneers

If you demand precision, aesthetic excellence, and consistency in every case, our cosmetic veneer & design services are ideal for you. Professionals at Cusp Dental Design understand that veneers are more than a cosmetic upgrade and that they are actually functional restorations that must integrate with each patient's natural dentition and overall facial harmony. Using advanced CAD/CAM technology, digital smile design tools, and years of experience, we produce custom veneers that reflect the anatomical subtleties of real teeth. We work with premium restorative materials like Emax, Lumineers, Ezneers, Lithium Disilicate and Layered Ceramics.

I’ve been working with Cusp Dental Design for the past 2 years and their quality and service are outstanding. The attention to detail in their restorations is exceptional, and they always meet deadlines, which is crucial in my practice. Communication is seamless, and they consistently go above and beyond to ensure everything is perfect. I highly recommend Cusp Dental Design to any dental professional looking for reliability and excellence!

HOW IT WORKS

The Cusp Dental Design Process

We take a detailed, multi-phase approach here at Cusp Dental Design to guarantee precision.

HIGH-RESOLUTION SCANS & PHOTOGRAPHIC ANALYSIS

We begin with high-resolution intraoral scans and facial photographs. These give us a clear view of the patient's dental anatomy, smile line, midline, lip dynamics, and overall facial symmetry.

DIGITAL SMILE DESIGN & AESTHETIC PLANNING

Using advanced smile design software, we create a virtual blueprint of the final outcome.

MOCK-UP OR WAX-UP PREPARATION (OPTIONAL)

If requested, we produce a diagnostic wax-up or digital mock-up that serves as a preview tool for both dentist and patient.

VENEER DESIGN WITH EXOCAD TECHNOLOGY

Our technicians use Exocad to craft each veneer with high anatomical accuracy.

MATERIAL SELECTION & CUSTOMIZATION

We work with high-quality ceramic and composite materials likeEmax, Lumineers, Ezneers & Lithium Disilicate, based on the clinical needs of each case.

PRECISION MILLING OR FILE DELIVERY

Once approved, the final design is either milled in-house or sent back to you in digital form, depending on your preferences.

GLAZING & SURFACE FINISHING

To replicate the natural light dynamics of enamel, we perform a multi-layer glazing process.

CUSTOM STAINING & CHARACTERIZATION

Each veneer is individually stained to match the patient's existing dentition.

FINAL QUALITY CONTROL

Each case undergoes thorough quality assurance. We evaluate margins, fit, anatomy, aesthetics, and occlusal balance before it leaves our lab.

SECURE DELIVERY & TECHNICAL SUPPORT

Your finalized veneers are safely packaged and delivered to your practice.

Other Dental Services We Offer

We specialize in fabricating full-arch, fixed prostheses for All-on-4 cases. Our team collaborates closely with you to plan implant positioning, load distribution, and immediate loading when required.

For more complex cases that require additional implant support, our All-on-X designs provide full-arch prosthetics with enhanced stability and customization.

From single-unit anterior esthetics to posterior functionals, our implant-supported crowns deliver a precise fit and natural emergence profile.

  • How can digital workflows improve the accuracy of All-on-4 treatment planning?
Digital tools like CBCT imaging, guided surgery, and software like Exocad ensure precise implant placement, prosthetic fit, and streamlined workflows for predictable results.
  • What follow-up care protocols should be established for All-on-4 patients?
Patients should follow strict oral hygiene regimens, attend regular follow-ups for occlusal adjustments, and undergo annual assessments, including radiographic evaluation.
  • What complications or challenges should I watch for in All-on-4 cases?
Common challenges include implant angulation issues, insufficient primary stability, and complications with provisional restorations.
  • How to handle cases with limited bone density for All-on-4 implants?
The All-on-4 technique leverages angled posterior implants to bypass areas of low bone density, reducing the need for sinus lifts or bone grafting.
  • What prosthetic materials work best for All-on-4 restorations?
Materials like full-contour zirconia and hybrid acrylic/titanium offer excellent durability and aesthetics. The choice of material depends on functional demands and patient preferences.
