We provide lab-driven support every step of the way.

About Our Complete Denture Fabrication
Complete denture fabrication is a multi-step process designed to restore full dental arches using removable prosthetics. Our lab uses a combination of traditional and digital workflows to create complete dentures that deliver ideal function and aesthetics. From the first impression to Denture delivery, each case receives individual attention to provide anatomical fit and patient satisfaction. We manufacture both conventional and immediate dentures.
I’ve been very happy with their service. They consistently deliver great results, and the cases always fit perfectly. They’re also able to expedite cases when needed, which has been a huge help.

HOW IT WORKS
The Cusp Dental Design Process
We take a detailed, multi-phase approach here at Cusp Dental Design to guarantee precision in every denture.
HIGH-RESOLUTION SCANS FOR ACCURATE PLANNING
We begin by analyzing high-resolution digital scans (or traditional impressions) of your patient's oral structure. This helps us understand key factors such as bone structure, occlusion, and soft tissue contours.
CUSTOM TRAY & FINAL IMPRESSIONS
Once the initial scans are reviewed, we fabricate a custom impression tray for your patient, which is used to take precise final impressions.
BITE REGISTRATION & OCCLUSAL RECORDS
We collect essential bite records, including vertical dimensions, midline, canine line, and occlusal relationships, to make sure the dentures will provide the correct function and aesthetics.
TOOTH SELECTION & WAX TRY-IN
Using the gathered information, we set up a wax try-in with trial teeth that match your patient's esthetic and functional needs.
DOCTOR FEEDBACK & ADJUSTMENTS
We send the wax try-in to your practice for evaluation. This is where you can make any necessary adjustments to tooth positioning, bite alignment, and appearance.
FINAL PROCESSING (ACRYLIC OR MILLED BASE)
Once the wax try-in is approved, we move forward with the final processing. Using either traditional acrylic or advanced CAD/CAM technology (for milled bases), the denture is manufactured to exact specifications.
POLISHING & AESTHETIC FINISHING
For a lifelike finish, the denture is polished to a smooth, natural surface. We pay special attention to details like translucency and color.
CUSTOM STAINING & COLOR MATCHING
We apply custom staining to the teeth to achieve a realistic, lifelike look.
QUALITY ASSURANCE CHECKS
Every complete denture undergoes a thorough quality control process.
SECURE DELIVERY & CHAIRSIDE SUPPORT
Once the final denture is complete, it is packaged and shipped to your practice. We provide any necessary chairside support.
